Both of these variants will work the same and both will feature a double anti-colic system. The clip below will show you how to open a teat with two valves. The procedure is much the same for teats featuring only one valve.
Eco Baby Bottles
How do I clean and sterilize the baby bottle? We recommend hand washing the bottle. This may discolor the plastic of the baby bottle or cause the printed measurement scale to wear off. Please note, we do not advise boiling our products at maximum power, as extreme temperatures may cause damage. Boiling them too often, or for extended periods of time, may also cause damage to the materials, or affect how they fit together.
Herobility
Your new baby bottle has already been sterilized during the manufacture process. If you still want to take steps to sterilize it further, we recommend bringing a generous amount of water to a boil, switching off the burner, disassembling the bottle and putting the parts in the hot water for 30 seconds. Then, pour out the water and let the now sterilized parts cool down before handling.
This lets the baby latch on easier to the breast and makes feeding easier.

I bought a Herobility baby bottle, and the teat is collapsing into the bottle when the baby is drinking. The vent inside the teat has gotten closed up. Herobility's nipples come in five different sizes. The following table is a general recommendation. Your baby may need a faster flow if they fall asleep during feeding, suck harder and faster than before, suddenly stop feeding or even cry during feeding.
However, if the flow is too fast, they may even choke on their food. Remember that it may take up to a week to get a baby used to a faster flowing bottle. The European standard for baby bottles recommends switching the nipple every other month, and pulling on it before use, to ensure it isn't damaged. This is to ensure hygiene and safety.
